FAQ For LIVE Classes.
Q: What happens if I am not available on the day or time that the class is happening to take it LIVE?
A: No worries!! We will be recording the entire time that the live class will be in session. This recording will be uploaded to your OPTAP Premium level and you will be able to take the class at a time of your choosing.
Q: What happens if a LIVE class is canceled or rescheduled?
A: You will receive an email from Operation: Tap with a make up date and time for the class. In limited circumstances no alternate LIVE date will be offered for the class. In this event the material will be recorded and uploaded to your OPTAP Premium level. Also remember that you can always check the top of each OPTAP Premium page with up to date information about the status of your next published class.
Q: Does every class published with OPTAP Premium have a LIVE option?
A: No, we are trying this add on to our service as a trial for classes published by Ayodele Casel. Classes with Anthony Morigerato and Mike Minery will still be offered only in a pre-recorded format.
Q: Can I take the LIVE class with Ayodele if I am not a member of OPTAP Premium?
A: No, currently this is a service that we are only adding for our OPTAP Premium subscribers!
Q: When will I receive my ZOOM link for the class with Ayodele?
A: You will receive an email from Operation Tap on the Wednesday before each class reminding you. The email will also include the ZOOM link. This link will never change, anytime you have a LIVE class use the same link. You can also request a new link at the top of any OPTAP Premium page by clicking on the “Request LIVE Link” button and filling in the information.
Q: What do I do if I am having trouble gaining access to the the LIVE class on the day?
A: Send us an email at contact@operationtap.com with a phone number that we can reach you at. A member of our team will call you and help you out!! If for whatever reason we are unable to solve the technical problem remember that the class will still be available to you in the prerecorded format the next day under your OPTAP Premium level.
Q: Is my level guaranteed a LIVE class every month?
A: No, you will only have the option to take the LIVE class on month’s in which Ayodele Casel is your instructor.
Q: Will I still be able to take the LIVE class if I cancel my OPTAP Premium subscription?
A: Cancelation of your plan, includes cancellation to the LIVE classes. If you set your cancelation to the end of your billing cycle, you will still have access to the LIVE class until the billing cycle ends. There is no option currently to pay for only the LIVE classes.
